Version 6.0I've been having trouble with this feature over the last few days and still stuck unable to scale up. The Portal is blocking me from upgrading existing App Service saying my quota is 5 of 4 in the error message. When I view the quota page it says 4 of 4 (Regional) but I have capacity in all of my SKUs so it's unclear how to proceed as it doesn't make sense to ask for an increase on a single SKU which is what the Quota Request form wants us to do. Reported to support but but so far not acknowledging that the portal gives inconsistent information and they're processing it as request for more quota on a SKU which isn't really correct.
