Announcing the Public Preview of the New App Service Quota Self-Service Experience
Hi, It seems I cant see app service provider lister there in the quotas section. i am using PAYG subscription. Also, the quotas page loads very slow to the point of annoyance. Please check.
Next I atrying to find how can I get F1, Y1 or B1 basic Quota on PAYG but its so difficult to figure out from compute filter. Can something be made easier please.
You're not alone friend. SAME THING! Our issue is with D1 shared. But we failed on F1 as well when we were experimenting.

Microsoft
Hi both. Apologies for the inconvenience here. There is a note at the top of the post stating that due to recent feedback, we had to temporarily disable the portal experience for App Service. We will provide an update once the preview is live again. Thank you for understanding and giving the feature a test drive for us.

Is this still broken 2 months later? Like the above poster I am also on PAYG and just trying to get a single F1. It isn't at all clear whether this is even possible, everything just fails and doesn't work with no clear explanation. Is it failing because I'm requesting something that fundamentally I can't have? Is there a problem with my subscription? Is it not on my end at all, and the quota system itself is broken? Not. Clear. At. All.

It ain't broken, it just makes little sense.
Use the new app service (preview) thingy, and you can request a couple F1 (free tier) SKUs and it only takes a minute or two.
Every subscription gets up to 10 free tier app service plans so request only what you need but the hard limit is 10.
You can of course request basic and standard plans as needed too in the same experience.
We have to jump through these hoops because capacity requires planning. I say that in the nicest possible terms, but everyone can read between the lines.
