Evolving pg_cron together: Postgres 13, audit log, background workers, & job names

Hello this post says "pg_cron is also included in managed Postgres database services such as the https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/postgresql/hyperscale/ and https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/postgresql/flexible-server/ options in https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/postgresql/." - but when I create a Postgres database on Azure using Flexible Server I get the following error:

DETAIL: Installing the extension "pg_cron" failed, because it is not on the list of extensions supported by Azure Database for PostgreSQL.

Is there something that has to be done differently when creating the server?
