I am able to do every step using this document and the official doc at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/mysql/flexible-server/how-to-data-in-replication?tabs=command-line except for calling the stored procedure to change the master, where I get a not found error about the stored procedure. My admin account that I created with the DB doesn't have any replication privileges so I'm stumped. Any ideas on what I might be missing at this critical step?
