Awesome migration article. I am sure it will serve as a baseline for a lot of Wordpress deployments on Azure.

As a suggestion, there is another 3rd party tool that helps users do simple but very tedious tasks such changing website URL when moving from one domain to another as well as when requiring to convert from simple site to multisite deployments.

Please note that this should be used at your own risk and this tool if left unattended on the server could expose serious risks to the given wordpress deployment, so, ensure to password protect the URI and after using it, ensure to remove it from the server.
