Hi community, currently I'm working on a champions program design for a very large enterprise >400K users worldwide. I'm looking for concrete material for different things like welcome messages or emails, resistance guidance, engagement formats and material and champions recruitment questionair's or alike things. Can anyone point me to resources or provide some examples for the mentioned topics? I'm not looking for general approaches or champions program procedures and steps.
