The ADFS docs aren't very clear on this, there are some docs for ADFS 2016 that say Azure SQL isn't supported, but I think those docs are only talking about the Azure SQL that use the DTU models and not the newer options like Managed Instance. Is there any guidance around using a SQL Managed Instance for the ADFS configuration database?
