How to run SQL query on External Tables in Azure Data Explorer
ADX can process queries written in SQL (you can learn about this feature here). A new addition shipped recently expands this support by allowing to query external tables (external data residing outside of Azure Data Explorer cluster) using the same SQL dialect.
