Jan_Steberl When a user gets added to a "Shared channel" in an internal team, it is showing properly in the old Teams client. When user opt-in to Teams Public Preview, it start populating others normal channels within that internal teams that user don't have access to as well in the view. This is very annoying and confusing for the user. I have submit "Give feedback" from the app. When we switch to new Teams 2.1, it has similar behavior but only showing part of the normal channel that user don't have access to.Shared Channel: Adding external members - Automation
Hi all, I have 2 customer questions about automation processes for shared channels: Is there any automatized way to add a new external member to a shared channel? PS, PowerAutomate or other? If not, is there anything on the roadmap? How can we automatically send a message to a new member added to a shared channel? Is PowerAutomate an option? Thanks in advance 🙂
