Hi, What is the Microsoft POV on knowledge management in M365 after the retirement of Viva Topics? I know we have Microsoft AI Content Management features to manage knowledge. But when it comes to surfacing the knowledge to end users, there is no dedicated front end like Viva Topics that auto-curate content for users. Microsoft 365 Copilot is very generic and renders global content results which impacts the quality of knowledge-related results. Building a custom Chatbot is an option but it's expensive and has its limitations.402Views1like1Comment
