Security Verification Preventing Quick Assist from Establishing Connection
A problem that seems to be connected with untuned security measures being applied to trusting the establishment of a trust worthy connection between two Quick Assist agents seems to be there. I tried with and without VPN connection to hook to a colleague via QA, his session kept getting disconnected to protect him from me accusing me of not meeting minimum security requirements (suspecting that I'm a scammer). I tried - with the help of a Microsoft support agent - to update both clients but that didn't help. I tried with another user on the same network and it worked (I could connect) my colleague (who used to block me) was able to share his screen with MS Support agent - but not me no matter what..Quick Assist is not remembering my Email credentials and asks me to enter it every time
Every time I want to connect to my friend and need to give them my code, I have to enter my Email address and sign into Quick assist. I don't want to do this every time, I want Quick assist to remember my credentials and keep me signed in. please upvote this feedback in feedback hub: https://aka.ms/AAb4kgd
