Toggle for new Teams client not available
We have set the policy to allow the new Teams client for a subset of users, but the toggle is not showing. Following the troubleshooting steps on the docs (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/new-teams-desktop-admin?tabs=teams-admin-center#troubleshooting-the-app-switcher-toggle) we are getting a PEAR_APP_DISABLED code value which is not listed on the docs. Any ideas what might be the issue?
