iPhone rings when receiving an attachment on Skype
Hi, A strange one which I can't find any info on when doing a Google search..... I'm a user of Skype For Business(SFB). All was working well until around 2 weeks ago. When a colleague sends me any form of attachment via SFB, SFB on my iPhone then starts ringing. It shows on my iPhone that the person who's trying to send an attachment is trying to call me. If i try to answer the call it sits on connecting and doesn't do anything which i guess is expected as the colleague never initiated a phone call. The attachments sent are received fine on my laptop. On my laptop i'm using O365 SFB. V 16.0.13231.20372 iPhone XR - SFB V 6.27.0.1 Thanks, Nick
iPhone with ios 14. Can't connect to server.
Hello, In June, I could use my Skype for Business account on my iPhone to make calls via my work phone number. Now, I get an error message "Can't connect to server". I have tried turning off the Auto-Detect Server and inputting https://webdir.online.lync.com/Autodiscover/autodiscoverservice.svc/Root as both internal & external discovery address and have reset the network settings on the iPhone. I have also uninstalled and re-installed the app. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cheryl
Phone keeps ringing after picking up on desktop
Hi, We have a strange issue with Skype for Business. We are currently running Skype for Business 2015, CU11 hotfix 1 (KB3061064). When i receive a call, my phone and desktop are ringing. When i pick up fast (within 1 or 2 seconds), i got the call on my desktop, but my phone keeps ringing. Anyone else with the same issue? iPhone 7 IOS 14.2 SfB 7.27.0 Dell Latitude 7390 Windows 10, 20H2 SfB 2016 - 16.0.5080.1000 Kind regards, Mark
