Screen issue - hoping its "just a software bug"
Hi Guys, Got my Gen 1 sureface book that i absolutly love for a couple of years now... Had a time where it stayied at home with no use (had a workplace monster with me) and now i reactivated my surface for daily use. The "circles" in the pic are "ghost touch points" its sitting in its dock, connected to power and all - no screen touch what so ever... tried deactivating the drivers or the touch sceen itself - i think it helped a bit... when it happeneds, i've got to turn the screen off and on for the touch to "realign" otherwise - cant work the mousepad on the dock or touch the screen. can anyone tell me if this is an "internal break" (i'm hoping not) that needs a screen change or just some software issue ?
