Deleted The edge surf game is the best and I play it more often than the chrome's one. But there is still scope for improvement, that it consumes too much GPU resources. When choosing for playing profile, it consumes nearly 45% GPU when nothing is being used, where it shouldn't be using more than 5% GPU. And when I play it consumes a whopping 60% GPU where it shouldn't be using more than 10% of it. This drains a lot of battery. Kindly address this issue to smoothen the experience while playing.1.3KViews0likes1Commentit's TIME TO SURF | watch the gameplay of Microsoft Edge's built in game (Easter Egg)
I gotta admit, this is way cooler than I expected, definitely better than Chrome's 2bit dino game. 1080p 60FPS gameplay: https://streamable.com/tj4jj Edge automatically offers to play it when Internet connection is lost but you can also play it with Internet if you go to this URL: edge://surf/ p.s it's currently available only on Edge version 82 onward tested it on Version 82.0.436.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)Solved4.8KViews3likes7CommentsA Chromium Edge dino-esque game
It's a very small, quite insignificant feature request, however I was curious if there was any way to create a game for when users of Edge are offline, quite similar to the dino game of Google Chrome. Maybe something like Clippy's Adventure or some sort of "Easter egg" for the fans. Could help improve engagement as well as build a fan base, similar to that of Chrome!8.7KViews3likes4Comments
