Can’t Click Anything in Full Screen Mode on Microsoft Edge
I’m experiencing a strange issue with Microsoft Edge on macOS. Whenever I enter full screen mode, the main content of any website becomes completely unclickable. I can still click on the toolbar, tabs, and address bar, but the actual webpage doesn’t respond to any clicks. When I exit full screen, everything works normally again. I’ve tried restarting Edge, disabling extensions, and even clearing the cache, but nothing has fixed it so far. Hello friends, Till yesterday if I was clicking on Bing chat logo it was taking me to a full screen chat i.e., in a new tab, but today it is just opening in the right side of browser (at sidebar as seen in screenshot). And I feel that it is not proper space for conversation/chat, I want to chat in full screen mode instead of this sidebar so please help me and provide any solution to me so that I can run Bing ChatGPT in full screen mode (in a separate tab). Now if you go to full screen mode, by either pressing F11 on keyboard or this button you will see the tabs and address bar in a drop down fashion, just like in Edge classic. to do that, first you have to be on the latest version of Edge insider Canary which is Version 80.0.335.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit) then you have to go to: edge://flags/ and enable this flag Enable Fullscreen Dropdown Drops down browser frame during browser fullscreen. – Windows #edge-enable-shy-ui That's it. it was requested multiple times on the forum and I was looking for this functionality as well. Google chrome (even the latest canary version) still doesn't have this useful functionality.
