skype for business "you don't have a camera" error message
Hello, I received an invitation to join a Skype for Business call. I open the link I received from the host in Chrome on a laptop (Surface Pro). I first Download and install the Skype for Business Web App plug-in. Then After installation, I click on "join the meeting". I wait "in the virtual lobby" until the organizer lets me in. When he does, I can only use my microphone, but the camera doesn't work and I get the following message: "you don't have a camera". This camera (Intel AVStream Camera) by the way works perfectly when I use it in other apps, even in a "normal" skype. I tried to restart, I tried to reinstall the camera driver in device Manager - nothing works can someone help please? thanks Luc
