Prevent Concurrent/Overlapping Appointments
Hello, We were excited to try using Bookings but I'm not sure our use case is well covered. We wanted to create services that represent physical locations and use Bookings for scheduling appointments for deliveries with trucking companies. Because services represent a physical loading dock, we cannot support multiple concurrent appointments. However, there doesn't appear to be any way to limit services like that. Has anyone come across a strategy for something like this? I was thinking that maybe we would end up needing to make a separate account for each service (and thereby a separate Staff Calendar) but I think licensing would be very confusing.
Microsoft Bookings Staff Order in Service
Is there a way to select the order in which the staff appears in a service in Microsoft Bookings? Sometimes it seems they appear in alphabetical and sometimes random. In any case, I would like to chose the order in which the staff appears in each service we have listed. Thanks for the help.
User cannot access bookings because it redirects the user to /onboarding
We are experiencing an issue where a user has an existing public Bookings page. They logged in today and it tries to walk them through the new user tutorial. They complete the tutorial, and it provides an error message. Other users in our organization are working with no issue. We are on G3 Licensing.
Staff member not able to book an appointment instead is presented with book time off
Hi All, I have recently set up a booking calendar for our students to book appointments with a member of staff. It has been brought to my attention that for one member of staff when they try and book on behalf of a student (clicking on the book appointment link), it opens the time off window. I have checked and the member of staff is definitely assigned against the service as i can see them in the list. However, when on the staff list and i check services next to their name - there are no services assigned. I'm not sure what is going on as they are available to book through the unique link. If they turn off new bookings then they are able to book an appointment on behalf of the student fine. I have tried removing them from the Bookings calendar and service and then re-adding them but this makes no difference. Does any one have any solutions for this or an idea of what might be causing it? We ideally want to only use "new bookings version". Hello, I will use Bookings for the registration of attendees to some courses. In this case, each course is a service. In the description, I would like to add a link so the attendees can read/download a pdf with the detailed informations of this course. Is it possible to add a link? I tried to add it as html tag, but the code is written as a text and not as an url to click. Thanks for your help! Regards, MarcBookings : display services as a list
Hello, I need to use MS Bookings for scheduling several courses. As I will have something like 20 differents courses, it will be more comfortable to have a list of the courses instead a wall of 20 tiles. How can I sort the courses as a list? Thanks for your help. Regards, Marc
