Update subject of booking event after its created
I have a booking page with three custom fields. Customer would like two of those custom fields to be appended to the subject line of the booking (student program and student id number). I've been trying to do this using power automate, some graph but I can't seem to extract these two fields. Is this possible?
Error when using Power Automate to push data when an Micorsoft Bookings appointment is created
Hi all, I'm using Power Automate to fill a row of an Excel sheet with the data from Microsoft Bookings appointments. I use the trigger "When an appointment is created". I copied the SMTP address from the "Configuration" tab in the Bookings backend. When I tested this earlier, everything seemed to work properly, and I got the data in the Excel sheet. This morning I checked back to the overnight results - where several appointments were made, I received the following Error Details: Status(StatusCode="PermissionDenied", Detail="Invalid authority. Accessing user not part of bookings calendar") Weird because I am administrator for the Bookings calendar. Anyone who can help me with this?
Post Bookings Email on Teams
Hi all, I am trying to figure out how to post an email confirmation for a new Bookings session on Teams. We have an old configuration by someone else who no longer works with us, and I cannot figure out how to create a flow that will perform the same action. I am looking to post these necessary details from a new Bookings session on our Teams channel. I have created a new Bookings page, and I am looking to use that in replacement of our current page. I have tried creating a PowerAutomate flow to include this information, but I can't seem to loop in our new Bookings page's SMTP email into our Teams channel.
Can you import a variable into Microsoft Bookings?
We often need to ask a series of qualification questions via a survey platform in advance of scheduling an interview with a research participant. While it's possible to embed the Bookings interface into the survey platform so the research participant can schedule their interview after they qualify, we have no ability to tie the Booking the research participant created to their qualification question responses, except to ask the participant to manually type their ID into a custom field or Notes section in Bookings. Is it possible to import a variable, such as an ID, into Bookings (either as a pre-populated hidden field or a custom field) so we can connect the Bookings appointment to the research participant's qualification question responses in the survey platform without asking the research participant to do the work for us?
MS Booking Connector doesn't show the additional info collected in custom fields
We are trying to connect MS bookings with Data-verse using Bookings Connector in Power Automate. But the custom fields' responses stored as array in 'Additional Info' is showing blank in the trigger (Create an appointment) output. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
