My customer is planning to use this Microsoft Booking and would like to know the following: What’s the architecture design of this service? How is confidentiality of store/registered information managed (i.e. Customer A should no be able to search or see Customer B booking information) Where are all the submitted information stored? (e.g. SharePoint site, mailbox, etc.) These are some of the question asked by security.14KViews6likes7CommentsPost values / prepopulate bookings page
Hi, when people book an appointment via bookings we already know who they are and want to pass a customer ID number along to the bookings page. That could be accomplished by adding a variable to the booking page URL and having a custom field on it (preferably hidden). But the custom input field does not have a name tag and adding URL parameters to the page gives an error. Short of having to rewrite the above functionality using the API, how do I accomplish the above? Thank you.1.9KViews3likes1CommentCan’t save changes
Whenever I click “Save Changes” after creating/modifying a service, nothing happens. The window stays the same. Literally nothing happens. It appears as if the button is unresponsive. You can click it 20 times in a row…..nothing. It seems like Bookings is getting more and more clunky and unusable. For a software giant like MS, this is incredibly mediocre and inferior.Solved1.3KViews3likes4CommentsHow can you easily see who done the booking from your calendar?
I am not able to see who did the booking from Outlook calendar and TEAMS calendar. I've to go to the booking page calendar, click on edit to know who did the booking. Alternative scroll through the email. Any advice?16KViews3likes12CommentsCan't access MS bookings URL: This information can't be retrieved right now. Please try again later
Hi all, On a client's tenant, I have a user who cannot use Microsoft Bookings. This user was previously converted to a shared mailbox and later switched back to a user mailbox. Currently, a Business Premium license is assigned, and Microsoft Bookings is enabled under the assigned apps. I have already disabled it, waited a day, and re-enabled it, but the issue persists. Whenever the user accesses the link https://outlook.office.com/bookings/, they receive the following message: "This information can't be retrieved right now. Please try again later." The problem is not related to caching; I have tested this in all browsers, incognito mode, and on different computers. The issue is isolated to this account. All other users with the exact same settings can access Microsoft Bookings without any problems.488Views2likes12CommentsChanging staff availability after booking page has been published
We have a booking page that has been running for a while. Our departments use it to book a quality audit by the quality team. Due to changes in their availability we now want to change the days where the staff is available in a certain services. For instance: Person A was bookable on monday, wednesday and thursday and will now only be available on mondays. We tried changing the availability through the staff tab. We deleted the days that person A was no longer available and saved the page. However when checking again those changes did not last and the previous availability is still there. Are there other ways in which we need to change that availability or is this the way to go and is there an error that occurs on our end? The motivation for the changes also lies with a default setting from bookings in which Bookings always selects the first available user from the pool when checking alfabetically. Which causes Bookings to mostly end up with one user. We hope to counteract that behavior with the availability changes. Any other workarounds on how to do that are more than welcome!146Views2likes3CommentsBooking Subject Line
It is really hard to keep up with booking without having to open the invites. There needs to be a way to modify the subject line. For example, I have custom questions that ask the Clients Name. I would like to check a option that allows for a custom question to be included in the booking subject line. Or at least include the customer name in the subject line instead of just the service type. You could have 5 bookings of the the same service and by looking at your calendar you have no idea who they are with, unless you open each booking.302Views2likes1CommentHow to allow customers to book one or more timeslots at once?

Guys Does anyone know if MS will provide the ability to book Teams Live Events through Booking? We don't have booking enabled on our tenant as yet but are looking to do so in the next few weeks. We are currently using MS Forms and Power Automate to take the Live Event Requests and a small number of admins are creating the Live Events. Due to the 15 limitation on concurrent meetings I was hoping that we could use the staff/resource allocation to the 15 slots and use the Booking tool to automate the Live Event logging by our end users. Due to the LE limitation we don't want to allow users to have direct access from their Teams client to create the Live Events.2.5KViews2likes3Comments
