Personal Booking Page not syncing with Outlook Calendar
Hi There! Outlook and Teams Calendar are synced with Apple's iCloud Calendar, but my personal booking page only shows as busy from Outlook calendar, so nothing from Apple Calendar is shown as busy, even though Outlook and Teams Calendar are both synced with Apple Calendar. Please help! :)

Hello, I recently started testing Microsoft Bookings in order to set it up for a client who wants to use a booking platform. I have set up everything in my account, I have tested the booking procedure and everything works fine. I only have some questions: 1. The company logo is too small. Is it possible to make it bigger? The original file dimentions are 360 x 126 px and it gets resized to 120 x 120px. 2. Is it possible to complete the set up on my Microsoft account and export/import the Bookings page to the client's account? 3. Now the default online meeting platform is Teams. is it posisble to use Zoom instead of Teams? I'm ok with Teams, but when using a mobile device, it needs the Teams app to work instead of just a url. I noticed a scaling issue on my phone (and other people's phones) when I tried to embed the Booking page into another web site via an i-Frame. I can also reproduce the same issue using Chrome on my desktop. Just switching to responsive more or using the Galaxy Fold 5 for instance cuts of the call type tile and the section to choose a time. Experimenting with the style, there are 2 things that need to be changed by the dev team: Change width to max-width in https://res.public.onecdn.static.microsoft/owamail/hashed-v1/scripts/owa.BookingsC2Boot.fbfb43ec.css .NnOP0 .BgxoD,.Nrxsv .L5pev { background-color: #fff; height: 136px; max-width: 338px; } Change width value to 100% or -webkit-fill-available .Qihpq { margin: 32px auto 16px; width: -webkit-fill-available; } Looks great for me afterwards. Now, that might not be complete. I have not checked if there is multiple tiles for call types. But either way, this should mitigate the issue I and, I am sure, others have - especially when embedding the widget into other pages.
Microsoft Bookings Ignoring Staff Time Off for availability
We have noticed that the availability on the Booking Page is not factoring in Time Off on a staff members calendar (in Bookings). This is causing appointments to be booked during time someone is not available. We have ~18k Appointments in the system over the past 3 years and are also finding Bookings to be very sluggish Here is the Calendar showing that time is blocked off Here is the Service Details Here is the Booking Page Availability Lastly here is the Staff Hours
