Hi All, Does anyone have information on how to access the MCAPS Academy or who I can contact? TheCredly sitehas links to the trainings for the different badges but my credentials can't access them. I may need to be added to a tenant. I have access to the MCAPS Start for Partners site (MCAPSStartforPartnersFY25 | Home) and the MCAPSStartforPartner support can't help with training. I checked the Partner Training site (Information for partners about training, enablement, and building skills) but didn't immediately find the MCAPS Academy training. What am I missing? Thanks!35Views1like0CommentsAction pack Azure credits added to new subscription
Hi all - as the title says. Renewed my action pack (realise it will be the last time im able to do this) - and it automatically created a new subscription in my existing tenant and allocated the monthly credit to said subscription. I contacted support - and have been getting the run around for approx 3 weeks - chasing down details etc that have no relevance to the question at hand. Its pretty clear that they wont be helping anytime soon. In the past ive always been able to allocate the monthly credit to this subscription.... but apparently not anymore. Does anyone know if i can move the credits over to the existing subscription (and if so, how)? or do i need to move the resource groups to the new subscription ?Solved327Views0likes4CommentsMarketing Benefits (Gold Legacy Benefit)
Could someone please explain what exactly are the Marketing Benefits that come with the Legacy Gold Benefits? We have "Digital Marketing Content OnDemand", "Partner Marketing Center" and "Geo Expansion Readiness Assessment." Is there some documentation that explains what these benefits provide, and what happens when they are activated? What I've been able to find so far is more along the lines of how to activate them, and a link to the marketing center but still unclear as to what activation of these benefits entails. Thanks in advance.Solved2.2KViews0likes6CommentsPartner Success Core Benefits - Windows Server license

This year we switched from using the Microsoft Action Pack to the Partner Launch Benefits pack. I was surprised to learn that the Logo Builder is *not* included in Partner Launch Benefits. Is there some rational reason why this is the case?520Views0likes4CommentsTalking about FY25 changes in Houston and online, August 22

Hi there - We're working on an ECIF funded project and due to approval date being pushed back we were unable to start the project until a few days before the first milestone completion date. Our team was hoping to extend the date of the first milestone but we received feedback that we may lose the funding if the date is extended. Looking at the ECIF process documentation, it seems like if all milestones listed are completed in the same quarter then the changes are documented and approved by Microsoft, then an amendment isn't required. All approved milestone completion dates are in Q3 and if the milestone dates are extended the project will be still be completed in Q3. How do milestone extensions on approved ECIF scopes work within the same quarter (and in general) and will we lose funding if we request an extension?945Views0likes5Comments
