Windows 11 Task Bar Empty
Ok, so almost every time I boot up windows 11, my task bar shows, but only the tray icon arrow shows/works. The rest of the task bar doesn't load/appear. If I wait for maybe half hour and kill exporer.exe and restart it, it starts working again. Now I don't always have to wait this long, but sometimes it takes ages. Once in a while it'll work fine, but that's rare.
Windows Spotlight Not Working In Recent Insider Builds of DEV channel
Windows spotlight was a services which enables us to have a dynamic features. But from the last 4 builds of dev channel the spotlight is not working well. It always shows the windows bloom as the wallpaper but not other wallpaper even there is no chance of changing the wallpaper when using the windows spotlight. So this is genuinely a question about the current release stability vs. my own setup. For context, I'm running build 22593. Every hour or so, explorer.exe just crashes. It takes down all the related UI including the taskbar, window management and file explorer. This crash is normally tied to some behavior with file explorer navigation or heavy memory usage (ex. Photoshop + Excel PowerQuery). It's gotten to the point where I have a macro to open a script and run "start explorer.exe", which seems to always work; restoring everything within a few seconds. I ask since I use a heavy amount of business required cloud syncs (OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox).I've spotted some earlier posts discussing context menu crashing, and while that used to be an issue it doesn't seem to be the cause of these latest problems. Is this a known build issue? Or known conflict with heavy file-management add-ons? Update: Seems to be related to file explorer actions (copying/cutting/deleting/renaming). Given that I often modify and rename from the Open/Save menu, I didn't clock it as Windows File Explorer related.Windows 11 insider develop does not install program. exe
Hello, I introduce myself as new with a problem in the version developer windows. I tried to download a finished program in . exe: "macrium reflect home" without results. The error is that the windows installer service does not start, but it updates and lets you download other programs. I tried to start the service manually, make a rep with sfc /scannow, delete temporary files and download this tool: "troubleshooting tool". But nothing has worked, because in the windows registry I still have the error that does not start windows installer or rather called: "msiexec.exe" I hope someone can give me a solution without making a downgrade to install this program. Green Screens of Death build 176
Win 11 build 176, this is the jankiest build I've seen since Vista. Watching a youtube video crashes my computer, it crashes when in sleep mode, crashes when trying to play games like FO4 or Minecraft. Green screen of death over and over again and I can't even screen record to show this happening. I'm on a brand new computer top of the line gaming setup (Ryzen 5 5600x, Radeon RX 6800 XT 32 gb of DDR4 Ram, NVME 4.0 boot drive). All drivers are up to date. How do I fix this problem? No dump files are created for these crashes. Especially when they happen three, four, five times in a row like what happened to me this morning (9/5/21).
