Using skype for business 2015 with exchange online. Getting the following error when attempting to enable voicemail for a specific user. "The phone number you entered has already been registered by someone else" see attached image confirmed the number is not duplicated in the skype for business control panel using this command: Get-CsUser | Select-Object DisplayName,SipAddress,LineURI | Export-Csv -Path C:\CsUser.csv -NoTypeInformation
Adding a Skype free contact via UCWA
Would like to seek help for adding a Skype free client contact using UCWA Both SfB and Skype free client need to add both party in order to start the chat / audio call. When we try to add a Skype free address via SfB client (Windows version), both side can receive the add contact requests with no issues. When we use UCWA to control the SfB account, Skype free user receives the request from UCWA. However, after Skype free user accept the "add contacts invitation", they still cannot init a conversation with SfB account (It says the user is offline, and the text box is disabled). May I know how we can make this step work? This issue blocked us for quite number of days..
Skype for Business Online Voicemail Transcription coming on March 31st
Per the message in my tenant.. Skype for Business Online Voicemail Transcription is a new Office 365 feature. This feature will be released to all customers on March 31, 2017 (MC97355). Voicemail Transcription will be enabled by default for all customers. Once it is released, users will receive a transcription of their voicemails in the email body. You can disable this feature at any time from your configuration. Will this use the same public Bing translation services that are used in Meeting Broadcasts too, or is this a different technology?
