Finally, we covered the latest functionality and roadmap highlights for GCCH. Planner Task Email Notifications Keep up to date with your tasks easily with Task Email Notifications for GCC-High! You will now receive notifications when you're assigned a task and when the due date is approaching. No longer will you need to worry about missing a deadline! Expanded Reactions Communicate your reactions with over 800 Teams emojis. Whether you want to express joy, agreement, or emphasize the completion of a task, there's an emoji for every situation! Meeting Toolbar Usability Improvements Navigating meetings has never been easier thanks to the updated Meeting toolbar in Microsoft Teams. You can now: Raise hands button from the Meeting toolbar using the new, dedicated Raise Hand button Use the More menu for easy command access and access better defined sub-menu groupings Switch your views seamlessly using the new View button to pick the one you want, including gallery and together mode. Presenter Window Improvements in Screensharing Presenters in Teams meetings now have the presenter window at their disposal while screen sharing. This will give you more awareness of meeting activity while you're sharing your screen or multitasking away from the main meeting window. With the controls docked at the top, active speakers are clearly visible, and important meeting notifications are easily recognizable. Search and Purge - Email (Admin Function) Admins can now search for and delete email messages in all mailboxes in your organization. Whether you need to remove dangerous attachments, phishing messages, or messages containing sensitive data, you'll be able to do so with ease.
