REMOTE DESKTOP CONNECTION ERROR

Hi experts, ... there was a restart of the server that is running as VM in azure... and since then, I've been experiencing some issues that are seriously affecting the company. When I want to RDP with a required account (lets call it "azvmuser") to the server, I get the message that I'm not authorized. With Administrator account, I can connect with no issues... The only way I could fix it was by adding the "azvmuser" via "User Accounts" -> "Give other users access to this computer" .... This works for a while however at some point the issue returns and when I check the Users Accounts again, the "azvmuser" is missing there again and have to add it again... There is a task created in "Task Scheduler" that runs for that user and due to the issue above, the task is failing... When I add the user to "Give other users access...", the Task runs fine... Any idea how to fix it? ... for now, I just manually check the VM and add the user "azvmuser" when I get the error message... It is happening for a business critical VM..... other 3 VMs we have in Azure are working fine 😕244KViews0likes4CommentsRemote Desktop Web Access HTML5 certificate error after replacing
Hi everyone. We needed to update our certificate in our RDS servers. Unfortunately, now users receive this alert: I know this is old, but I was hoping maybe someone found a better solution. Stuff that I tested to reduce the problem: clear cookies for specific sites at the end of a session clear images and files when the browser close (running this manually solves this most of the time). Deployed the certificate thumbprint as GPO. (didn't have to before but maybe will assist later) Allow .RDP files from valid publishers and user's default .RDP settings (we use a wildcard certificate, so this is ashot in the dark.) Any help would be appreciated. Rahamim.25KViews0likes24CommentsREMOTE DESKTOP CONNECTION ERROR- THE TWO COMPUTERS COULDN'T CONNECT IN THE TIME ALLOTTED.
We have three physical server (Windows Server 2019) with 2 users accounts (Admin and Engineer) for each that we can access through RDP (outside the internet via Citrix access). but for the few days, we are unable to connect one of the servers through RDP and getting the below error for Engineer user account and other Admin account still can login. When we reboot will resolve the issue to login Engineer account. But any time I restart the server, can only login one user accounts either Admin or Engineer account and other account displays same error message. Sometimes full black page appears and display below error Other two identical severs don’t have any problem to connect those two accounts concurrently. also, we try to disable the antivirus of the server and try again, still the same problem arise. I would like to know what the root cause of this issue and what other steps to resolve the issue without rebooting9.3KViews0likes1Comment
