audio issues with Polycom RealConnect and Skype for Business Server (both on premise)
We have Polycom RealConnect on premise and Skype for Business Server on premise. Our Polycom codecs and endpoints connect to SfB meetings using the conference ID of the SfB meeting. When someone phones in to a Skype meeting that has a Polycom connected, and speaks, something in the Polycom infrastructure appears to be gating their audio. This is is causing major headaches with Polycom audio quality during meetings. We can reproduce this on all of our Polycom equipment. Has anyone experienced this issue, and if so, were you able to resolve it?
