Hi, A quick question regarding 'Services' on Booking Appointments. When we have made changes, this does not seem to take any affect on the booking page. We have cleared cache and it still seems to be happening. Does anyone have any advice on this or know what is happening here? I do not want to log a ticket with Microsoft yet, as I want to see if anyone else has experienced this. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. I've notice that Bookings is not sync properly in calendar having bugs among some users, if we do the event we receive the email but the event can't be visualized in calendar as created/cancelled by some costumers or some providers. So trying to solve this problem i've tried to do an connection with API using Power Automate, but the ID of the event in bookings it's deprecated and seems different compared to an Outlook event. Another bad ocasion its the case of when we schedule a meeting, the meeeting overlaps the existing one, even changing the settings to schedule only when free. We are testing out bookings and find it has potential. When I first tested it, I used my work email *(which is o365 account), but for demo testing, i have used by Yahoo and Gmail accounts and noticed I am not getting an email at either of them. I verified that both boxes and their spam folders are empty as well. I am trying to use booking to meet with all the staff for 15 mins every week. Ex : with 52 staff that would be be 52 weeks a year. Is there a way for booking not to allow a staff member to book, a slot, if they have already booked a slot. We are using office 365 credentials to validate the employee. So can booking track an existing booking and let the employee know, a booking exists. We have the following problem. We have 7 employees and only 3 rooms available for the employees in which they can receive customers. Actually a booking can only be made if bothe the employee and the one of the rooms is available. Is this currently possible in bookings? We could also fix this, if a confirmation E-mail went to a customer only after a booking has been approved by the emplyee. I am working in Bookings and am attempting to edit the business hours of a staff member. When I attempt to edit and save any changes to the hours, i receive an error " Your request can't be completed right now. Please try again later". This issue has been there for a number of months. Hi all, I have a question, I have 3 bookings rooms for MS bookings in O365. When I sign into Outlook with that bookings User and someone makes a booking on room1,room2 or room3 the outlook calendar puts all of the rooms in 1 calendar instead of spliting the calendars into their own. This makes it difficult to determine who booked what room. I did check the Calendars that was selected in the left side with the various calendars, but they do not show up there.
