AvePoint Office 365 Backup Job Exception- Missing Web Part
We are using AvePoint Online Services to backup our data in Office 365. While AvePoint is working properly will almost all our SharePoint sites, it is throwing an exception upon job completion The error description reads: "An error occurred while backing up the item. Item ID: e34a9f32-9d46-47bb-9057-900f372080b3, Item Name: Home.aspx, Error: The operation could not be completed because the Web Part is not on this page.." The web part is on: https://[ORGANIZATION].sharepoint.com/Site Pages/Home.aspx cannot be displayed on the web page. Can you tell us which Web Part is causing this exception in the backup job? What’s also curious is we cannot access the Web Parts Maintenance Page at: https://[ORGANIZATION].sharepoint.com/SitePages/Home.aspx?contents=1 “Something went wrong: Correlation ID: 36b4649f-c001-b000-19be-9d23732c8879” We’ve reached out to AvePoint for their analysis of the issue and they provided the following: “AvePoint Cloud Backup is using SharePoint Client API to retrieve web parts to backup, not using another web part for synchronization. Below are the details about the API that Cloud Backup uses and the exception which occurred while using the SharePoint Client API to retrieve the web parts on this page, Microsoft could use the CorrelationId (bbec619f-e0ad-b000-11bc-2c282331cd24) for troubleshooting. This is regarding the KWIzCom tool . Has anyone integrated O 365-SPO with KWIzCom? if yes, how was it ? can we provide validation of the fields in the newform/ edit form from SPO's splist using KWizCom tool settings, assuming KWizCom is configured in the admin center of SPO. What are the steps we need to take care,what are the prerequisites need to applied on the SPO site before integration. I have 64 columns in my splist for which i need to have complex business scenario where more than 100+ validations need to be performed. help is appreciated!
