Cortana shouldn't use To-Do for taking notes from user
Whenever I tell Cortana to take a note, she uses To-Do to make a list. but I don't want a list, I want to take a note, like a special notebook in OneNote created only for Cortana. taking notes is different than making a list and saving individual items there.
