I am a US Navy Nautilus Virtual Desktop (NVD) user. I was unable to log into my NVD instance using the MS RD for Android app on my Tab S9 from Hawai'i. While in San Diego, I could log in fine. However, when I returned to Hawai'i, I was no longer able to log in. Initially, I thought it was either network latency or jitter, however, I could log in using the Remote Desktop for Windows and the web portal from anywhere. To test a theory, I changed my time zone settings on my Tab S9 to Pacific time and was able to log in to my NVD instance from Hawai'i. However, once my time zone settings reverted to HST, I was unable to log into my NVD again. I have to manually change the time zone of my Tab S9 for me to access my NVD instance using the RD for Android app.637Views0likes0Comments
