Hi, Looking for some assistance with Office Apps on Android Phone (Pixel 3) please. All of a sudden apps such as PowerPoint, Power Apps, Power BI & Word etc., when opening them, are asking for a password to log in (despite normally being constantly logged in). Once I log in, the app works fine but within 30 minutes of the log in I get notifications from Outlook Mobile telling me to "Log In" & I have to then open Outlook and select the "Log In" banner it presents at the bottom of the screen. Pop up disappears and Outlook is then stable again until I open up an Office365 app. 30 minutes later, rinse repeat. Have checked the account with Office365 provider who says nothing odd on the account and the apps work fine on another phone & on my PC etc. (so suspect its the phone in someway). The only change that has occurred on the phone is Microsoft Flow has stopped working. Flow acknowledge an issue with MAM Policy (???) stopping it from working and a fix is in the works but they also claim this issue has nothing to do with my account problems. Anyone encountered anything similar or have any suggestions on a fix please. Thanks Allan1.6KViews0likes4CommentsOverride Office Apps from Office 365 University to Office 365 Enterprise!!!
Hi! I previously had installed on my computer the office apps (Word,Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook) having used my University Account, now I work, and my company just purchased an Office 365 E5 License Subscription and I want to stop using the office apps which are property of my college account and instead install the apps again but from my E5 company subscription. I already did the process of erasing the office apps (From University) and installed from my company portal the Office 365 ProPlus to my computer, but when I open the apps and go to the tab "About this Outlook" it stills says that the app belongs to my college account. So then I did a little research and saw a post that said that I needed to sign in to my college account and deactivate the Office apps connected to my device from there and supposedly everything would work just fine when I re-installed the office apps but from my company account , so I did that, but when doing the process again an open, let's say Word, it stills says that it belongs to my college account, and now I don't know what else to do. Could someone help me if they have experienced this issue and successfully deployed their office apps?Adding Office 365 Exchange Active Sync Account to Android Native Email, Calendar and Contacts Apps
Adding Office 365 Exchange Active Sync Account to Android Native Email, Calendar and Contacts Apps If you are using two-factor authentication in Office 365 (AKA multi-factor authentication) you MUST use an App Password instead of your Office 365 Login Password when creating your Exchange Active Sync account on an Android device. Seethe following link to learn how to create an App Password: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Create-an-app-password-for-Office-365-3e7c860f-bda4-4441-a618-b53953ee1183 If you don't use an App password during the setup, you will get the following message: Can't set up account. Authentication failed. As an aside, your domain\user entry should read: \yourusername@contoso.onmicrosoft.com or \yourusername@yourdomain.com Your server name should be: outlook.office365.comiOS PowerPoint App - Printing Multiple Slides Per Page
We have recently gone to the Office 365 Apps for iOS here and are largely quite happy with them overall with the exception of PowerPoint. One thing which constantly comes up is the inability for PowerPoint to print multiple slides per page. This was something that was in Keynote and has drastically increased our paper usage since we moved over to PowerPoint. Functionality is pretty self-explanatory. You basically have an option when you go to print of how many slides you would like to fit on each page. It will then scale the slides down to fit that number of slides on each sheet of whatever paper you are printing to. Going to assume the slide is flattened as an image and then scaled. Hopefully you gurus can figure it out and work it in for us! Would really love to see the ability to print multiple slides per page implemented into PowerPoint!!! Regards. P.S: I am well aware that in a perfect world, nobody should be printing things. Unfortunately hardcopy drafts are still required in some situations here. Wont be frustating you anymore than it is me!9.2KViews0likes0CommentsFree training - New basics training to get the most out of Office

Hello everyone, one of out customer is currently moving to the new german cloud. We are using the german version of E3 licenses. One user tried installing PowerPoint for iOS on his iPad and used his business account for activation. However, all mobile apps remain View Only and he can't create or edit any documents. I've checked licensing - he has an E3 license attached to his user. We tried test with another user - same issue. Has anyone experienced this issue before and can offer a workaround? Anyone seen any issues with the new Office365 App on Android. I have 2 accounts attached, my Office365 Business account and my@outlook account. Suddenly having issued opening Excel & PowerPoint files from the business account or seeing & opening files in the (Business) OneDrive folders (in the app) when using Wi-Fi. If I drop back to mobile data all works fine and my@outlook account files work on both mobile & Wi-Fi data! Oddly, MS Word files are fine even over Wi-Fi so a real odd scenario. Sadly, happens across 2 separate phones and I've also noticed that both phones struggle to open .xlsx file from the native Excel for Android app too. Have uninstalled the app on one phone but makes no difference. Same files can be opened over Wi-Fi on both of my laptops so issue is linked to Mobile App/Wi-Fi/Office365 in some way. Anyone seen anything similar or have a clue on what might be going on here please? TIA AllanSolvedMicrosoft Office for Android - Insert Date
Hi all, I love the new Microsoft Office app for Android. It's really handy having multiple products in one app. One question: In the OneDrive Android app I can insert a signature and date into a PDF. With the Microsoft Office app, I can insert a signature but can't see any way of inserting a date? Am I missing something obvious? It wold also be great if there was a toggle to always insert a date with your signature too.Stroke movement/shifting for Android
This is a pretty well-known bug in spite of Microsoft's apparent neglect of OneNote for Android, but on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, and there are reports of this for most android tablets, after I complete a stroke the ink shifts over. Sometimes it happens to a greater degree than other times which leads me to believe it's performance-based, but OneNote is poorly optimized for Android anyway, so a little more attention to Android would go a long way.1.1KViews0likes2Comments
