What's new New Microsoft 365 Copilot training playlists were published to Learning Pathways on September 26, 2025. Content was published to all 10 languages that Learning Pathways supports. Playlists include: Get started with the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, Copilot in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Teams, Loop, OneDrive, Whiteboard, Planner, Forms, SharePoint, Stream, Viva Amplify, Viva Engage, Viva Pulse, and SharePoint agents Monday morning with Copilot Recap your week with Copilot Learn about Copilot prompts What's changing We’re excited to share an important update about the future of Microsoft 365 Learning Pathways: starting December 1, 2025, Learning Pathways will transition to a fully community-supported tool. The Microsoft 365 community will be taking over responsibility for content maintenance and updates. The community will manage the technical solution and organizational support effort. A new architecture spearheaded by MVP member, Derek Cash-Peterson, will allow for direct publishing of further content into the solution outside of the Microsoft content. These changes will allow the community to respond to requests for additional content in a timelier manner while providing greater options to keep content fresh. Content will be vetted and quality checked by a volunteer group of talented MVPs in the same model as many other community solutions are managed today. Site & Solution Provisioning Down for Maintenance Service Restored: Sites & Solutions can once again be provisioned using lookbook.microsoft.com ======== Service Interruption - Impacted Service: Provisioning from SharePoint Look Book. Experience Impact - Site & solution provisioning unavailable including Microsoft 365 Learning Pathways. Details: The provisioning capability from the SharePoint Look Book is currently undergoing maintenance. Manual implementation of the M365 Learning Pathways webpart can be accomplished done and instructions exist in our documentation (https://aka.ms/M365LPDocs). There is no impact to currently operating customers, previously provisioned templates or streaming content for Learning Pathways. There is no current workaround for site template provisioning. Expected Resolution: February 4, 2022 or earlier
