Problem with Manager effectiveness report
Hi Team, could you please tell me how are the numbers indicated in the 2nd chart (100 and 200) measured?One person cannot work 100 and 200 hours a week...Does it have something to do with wrongly setting the work week span? Although other reports seem fine when comes to calculating work week span. Do you have any idea of such a high number?Manager Effectiveness Template Data Questions
We are seeing usually high manager collaboration hours in our manager effectiveness dashboard. when we dig into the data we see that there are quite a few high collaboration hours but some are above 120/ week and that seems odd. If you group the queries by month does that impact the numbers that we still in the dashboard? even if it still says week in the powerbi dashboard templates? Any other ideas to dig into this would be helpful. Thanks!
