How to prevent double-bookings on my MS Bookings page.
I've created a Service on my booking page, and have submitted a meeting request for Tuesday Feb 27 at 11:00am. I go back to the booking page (acting like a second person) to book a meeting during the same date and the 11:00am timeslot still shows available. I am trying to prevent double-bookings. What can I do to ensure that "booked" date and timeslot is no longer available once a confirmation email and schedule goes out? TIA.
How to stop receiving booking notification when I am no longer a part of the booking service
Hello, I was a previous admin of this booking service but I have transition to a different area so I had to assign a new admin and remove myself. I still continue to get email notification when someone books an appointment. The new admin confirmed I am no longer a part of the booking. Is there anything else we need to look into? Thanks!
Saved Filter on MS Bookings
Hi, Is there a way to save a filter so that it defaults to this view every time you go onto MS bookings. We only want a few people selected to have availability visible. For some reason my account always shows the filter applied - but no one else in my team seems to have this saved.. they have to untick people every time. Thanks!
Deleting staff from Microsoft Bookings
I'm using MS Bookings to manage a space I work in. One of the things I did early on was make an error on a staff members details. I couldn't amend their details afterwards, so deleted their profile. Now when I try to add them back into the system I get a message that tells me "That Staff already exists". I've checked my Staff list and they don't show there. My question is: How do I delete them to make their new profile? I can't use a different name to get past this issue either.
MS Bookings: Start end times change after 6 days availability
Dear Community, I have the following issue concerning MS Bookings. Could you please help me out? Duration of the service is 30 minutes + 10 minutes preparation next customer, so total duration of the service is 40 minutes; Default availability of the trainer is set to ‘not available’; Dates are not consistent, therefore I fill in the availability per day manually; Default schedule of the trainer is as follows; If more than 6 dates are filled in manually (at step 3), the duration of the service (timeslots) suddenly changes from 40 minutes to 30 minutes. 6 dates: More than 6 dates: Timeslots change from 40 minutes to 30 minutes; Feature “Select employee” is added to the service (?)
It's possible to set the email automatically?
Hi all, We have a booking calendar set to be only accessed through people in our organization. Making some test, we have realized that once I'm logged into MS Bookings, I am able to make an appointment with any email (including other members emails) making possible to block a buddy calendar making several appointments if I want. We need to avoid this scenary to start using MS Bookings. There are any way to set automatically the email in the appointment without the needed of specificate it? However, following the resolution, we have observed a problem with our Microsoft Bookings Exportation (.tsv) feature. Before mid-December, the client's name, along with the service name, was visible in the Outlook Calendar, providing a convenient overview of appointment information without the need to click for full details. Unfortunately, since mid-December, this information is also displaying on the Microsoft Bookings side. Consequently, this is impacting all our exports and data derived from this solution. Accurately compiling the data has become a significant challenge and is nearly impossible, resulting in errors on reports, given that the client's name is now visible across all services. Could you kindly investigate and address this issue exclusively on the MS Bookings data side? We would like the client's name to continue appearing on the Outlook calendar while resolving the unintended display on the Microsoft Bookings side. Thank you!Styles for MS Bookings
When I insert frame MS Bookings on my site, I encounter a problem that the container is limited to a width of 1024 .mainContent { max-width: 1024px; min-width: 320px; margin: 0 auto; text-align: center; } and therefore large margins along the edges (with my mount 1900). Starting this week, specifically on November 15th, our implementation of refID in MS Bookings URL is resulting in a bad request page. Up until this week, our marketing teams successfully utilized tracking data on both services and pages without any issues. We have a total of 80 pages plus their services, but currently, only one is functioning properly with refID in URLs. The problem is also visible on the Microsoft tutorial page. When clicking on the link with the provided refID (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/bookings/customize-booking-page?view=o365-worldwide), it leads to the same bad request page. Have there been any modifications on Microsoft's end since last week? The ongoing marketing campaign is being significantly affected as clients are unable to utilize the provided links.Multiple day service in MS Booking
Hi everybody, I would like to create a training Service, which would goes for two days consecutively. Each day, training session would be hold from 09:00 - 17:00. Participants would register just once. I have tried like thousand workarounds but nothing works. There is this thread from two years ago: Multiple day training - Microsoft Community Hub How can I do it ? Did Microsoft done something with it ? Best ragards. Martin
