MS Booking
20 TopicsCannot add staff or add Business Information
Hi All of sudden, I am getting "The business hours aren't correct. Please check for overlapping times or start time that comes after and end time". Business Information are all blank. When I try to add the business information, I get the error message above. It also does not allow me to add new staff , and show the identical error message. I don't want to lose all of my calendar entry. What should I do to mitigate this situation. I was using "book resources when free", against 2 place holder user account with overlapping times. Greatly appreciate any help. Thank you so much. David531Views1like2CommentsCustomizing Email Notifications in Microsoft Bookings
I am seeking guidance on the following aspects of Microsoft Bookings: Email Dispatch Mechanism: How Microsoft Bookings sends emails to clients (appointment confirmation, before-meeting email, after-meeting email)? Under the hood, does it utilize Microsoft Graph to schedule and send these emails? Custom Email Templates: I aim to bypass the default email notifications and implement customized templates for client communications. Is it possible to disable the standard email-sending feature in Microsoft Bookings and instead trigger my custom email workflow, perhaps using Microsoft Graph or another method?373Views1like1CommentThe service window hours aren't correct.
Hi We have a service with 1 : 1 relationship with the custom hour (recurring weekly) schedule is set to be overlapping Monday 9:30am - 10:30am 10:15am - 1115:am Each time we try to save this setting, I get this error message. "The service window hours aren't correct. Please check for overlapping times or a start time that comes after an end time" How can I set the above overlapping time without this error. Thank you. I've created a Service on my booking page, and have submitted a meeting request for Tuesday Feb 27 at 11:00am. I go back to the booking page (acting like a second person) to book a meeting during the same date and the 11:00am timeslot still shows available. I am trying to prevent double-bookings. What can I do to ensure that "booked" date and timeslot is no longer available once a confirmation email and schedule goes out? We encountered significant problems with Microsoft Bookings from late November through mid-December. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-bookings/bookings-is-acting-up-since-the-end-of-november-lot-of-issues/m-p/4007098#M6546 The issues were resolved in mid-December. However, following the resolution, we have observed a problem with our Microsoft Bookings Exportation (.tsv) feature. Before mid-December, the client's name, along with the service name, was visible in the Outlook Calendar, providing a convenient overview of appointment information without the need to click for full details. Unfortunately, since mid-December, this information is also displaying on the Microsoft Bookings side. Consequently, this is impacting all our exports and data derived from this solution. Accurately compiling the data has become a significant challenge and is nearly impossible, resulting in errors on reports, given that the client's name is now visible across all services. Could you kindly investigate and address this issue exclusively on the MS Bookings data side? We would like the client's name to continue appearing on the Outlook calendar while resolving the unintended display on the Microsoft Bookings side. Thank you!662Views0likes1CommentMS Bookings Tracking Data (refID) generate bad request page.
Starting this week, specifically on November 15th, our implementation of refID in MS Bookings URL is resulting in a bad request page. Up until this week, our marketing teams successfully utilized tracking data on both services and pages without any issues. We have a total of 80 pages plus their services, but currently, only one is functioning properly with refID in URLs. The problem is also visible on the Microsoft tutorial page. When clicking on the link with the provided refID (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/bookings/customize-booking-page?view=o365-worldwide), it leads to the same bad request page. Have there been any modifications on Microsoft's end since last week? The ongoing marketing campaign is being significantly affected as clients are unable to utilize the provided links.577Views0likes0Comments
