I replaced my domain controller, but can't access my FTP server.
Hello guys, I replaced my domain controller, but can't access my FTP server. When i try access show the message "The security database has not been started" I checked a post but don't succeed still. I am trying to setup an FTP Server on Windows 2016. I want an external user to be able to FTP files into a specific folder on the Server. I have setup the FTP Server role on the server and have setup a new FTP site in IIS Manager. Not sure how to setup the external user access or which IP address to use. Thank you for any help, as this is my first FTP Server setup. Thanks again!
