Hi there, I work for a retail e-commerce brand that constantly has discount codes leaked from closed affiliate networks onto Edge Shopping discount finder. Of which, there is no contact for us to get in touch with to ensure they are removed. Has anyone else had any contact with someone at Microsoft/Edge/Bing that can help me get these codes removed? I would prefer to keep the information about the brand private, and not in this forum - hence needing a contact. Note: either It's currently not working or I can't figure out how to work with it: 12/20/2019 There is a new feature added to Edge browser in Version 81.0.369.0 canary The ability to share web pages via QR code it needs to be enabled using this flag: #sharing-qr-code-generator in edge://flags/ the QR indications will appear in the address bar And in the right-click menu on web pages After selecting "generate QR code for this page", I get this box I'm not sure what I'm supposed to write in that text area, when I start typing, the color up there changes accordingly.Solved2.3KViews2likes4CommentsCan i please get some explanation and information about the things written in the Local State file?
The file is located here: %localappdata%/Microsoft\Edge SxS\User Data for Edge canary can be viewed from browser too: edge://local-state/ some of them are obvious like this "browser": { "browser_build_version": "81.0.387.0", "enabled_labs_experiments": which show which flags are enabled. but then i don't understand what these are for: "experimentation_and_configuration_service_control": 2, "external_config_domain_actions": { "idl_override": { "applications": [ { "applied_policy": "ExposePrefixedEME", "domain": "netflix.com" }, { "applied_policy": "ExposePrefixedEME", "domain": "music.amazon.com" }, { "applied_policy": "ExposePrefixedEME", "domain": "music.amazon.de" }, { "applied_policy": "ExposePrefixedEME", "domain": "sling.com" }, { "applied_policy": "ExposePrefixedEME", "domain": "openidconnectweb.azurewebsites.net" } ], "policies": [ { "name": "ExposePrefixedEME", "type": "PrefixedEme" } ], "version": 1 } I'd appreciate if anyone can shed some light on it.Solved5.6KViews0likes5Comments
