3 TopicsGIF not showing pictures
Hello, I switched from Classic Teams to New Teams but when I click on GIF all that comes up are blank boxes showing that it's circling to download pictures but nothing happens. I tried clicking on a box but still shows as blank, but does indicate the caption. I was able to use GIF on Claissic Teams so why wouldn't it carry over to New Teams? I did the troubleshooting: Settings>Privacy>Optional Connected Experiences. It did show it was turned on but I turn it off and I quit New Teams and went back to Classic and then quit that and went back into New Teams. I quit New Teams and went back into Settings and turned it back on and quit New Teams and logged back in but still no GIF pictures showing. Even if someone adds GIF in a reply to me it shows as blank. Anybody have any ideas how I can get this back?604Views0likes0CommentsMicrosoft Team Free

According to the help document linked below, chat photos are stored for as long as you like! https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/how-long-do-files-and-data-remain-available-for-in-microsoft-teams-free-1d2d9efd-1ba9-4b2b-a788-e89517dfb883 Does anyone know if there's a storage limit for chat photos? I'm not referring to content sorted in the OneDrive (Microsoft Teams Chat Files), I'm talking about general chat content that's not shorted in OneDrive.461Views0likes0Comments
