Hi, I have been testing the new Loop Components in Channels feature in Public Preview but it needs me to clear the Teams cache or sign-out to make it work. This is each time after I quit and restart Teams. The error I get is below, is this something others are seeing?Issue with Planner within Teams Preview Channel Tabs
Hi, Is anyone else experiencing this error when trying to access Planner from a channel tab? "Error loading user settings. Please try again. If this continues please contact customer support." Has anyone found a way to get around this? From testing, the error doesn't come up when accessing Planner directly from the Tasks by Planner app. It's only happening when trying to access Planner from a channel tab. This also doesn't happen when accessing the tab from the regular desktop or online versions of Teams, just with the preview. My device has been restarted multiple times, and the app is up to date. I've quit it and restarted the app just to make sure. If there are any other troubleshooting steps that you've found helped please let me know.Pushing Preview on Users' Phone Systems
Why did you decide to disrespect the customers' request to stay away from all Preview items in Office 365 and separate Teams into it's own piece, then force everyone to get the Preview? These are people's phone systems and need to be reliable. They aren't paying you to be your test groups.
