Hello, I have tried using microsoft shared bookings and noticed the bookings created by staff members are not in sync with the bookings link. For example If one of my staff members created a booking for 25th June 2024 10:00 AM. This time slot is still showing for our customers to book. It is supposed to block this particular time slot to avoid double booking. Can someone please help256Views0likes0CommentsMicrosoft Bookings - can we disable the "Add a logo" option?
Is there an Admin Center setting that can disable the "Add a logo" option in Microsoft Bookings? Management does not want end users to use personal images as logos. Can we set a default Company Logo, and prevent users from changing it?If it is possible to disable, can we do so for some users or all users?353Views0likes0CommentsPersonal / Predictable URL for Bookings Page
I'm developing a org-wide email signature using the service from CodeTwo. The signature includes name, email, phone, etc., as well as links to start a call or chat with someone via Teams. I've also added a URL link to create a booking in Calendy which looks something (predictable) like calendly.com/{First name}{Last name}/30min. I've just created my first Bookings page and see the URL looks (unpredictably) like outlook.office.com/bookwithme/user/0000000000000@domain . com?anonymous&ep=plink I'd like to use Bookings instead of Calendly but I don't know how I'd be able to grab what I assume is a GUID to dynamically populate the URL in the CodeTwo signature. Even if I can find or predict the GUID, putting this into CodeTwo as a Placeholder is going to be challenging. But I'll get to that later. First, I'd like to know if this number is randomly generated based on the creation of the Bookings Page or if it's a static predictable ID I could find someplace. I'm thinking I could populate this into a Custom Attribute - but again, I'll have to worry about that later.Solved3KViews2likes6CommentsHow Can I Stop Overlapped Bookings Appointments?
Hi All, I've set up my microsoft bookings shared calender so people can book time with me and my boss for training sessions. I've taken all the right steps that other boards and how-to's show, but it is still allowing people to book over or during the time of another booking that we've already accepted and scheduled. Example: Someone booked a 1-hour meeting with my boss and I. We both accepted it. It's from 2PM - 3PM. Right now, our shared calendar shows a person can book a 2:44PM meeting with us. Not sure where I'm going wrong. Settings I've already put in place: Service has it set where both staff are auto-selected, both staff have the 'events on office calendar affect availability' box checked off, service has up to 3 maximum attendees Anyone able to help?1.6KViews0likes5CommentsCan't create new or clone existing booking calendar pages

I need two users to be able to view the Bookings calendar for the services they can access. When they visit this link, https://outlook.office365.com/bookings/calendar, it just takes them to their generic bookings page instead of the calendar. I cannot spot any differences in the users' access compared to those who are able to view the calendar. Everyone appears to be set up the same way but only 2 cannot view the calendar when visiting this link above. They have been set up with the "Scheduler" role.377Views0likes0CommentsMicrosoft Bookings - Deleting Pages - Reporting capabilities
Hello, I would appreciate support here. If - "A" User has Bookings Page (created by him to automate calls scheduling process) and decides to delete one of the pages... how can it be done? There was an option in the past under 3 dots (...) but its not available now... Can it be deleted by that user or only by the administrator from the business? Additionally, what report capabilities are available either from individual or admin perspective? Any options to see - which users are actually using the Bookings Page, how many clicks, how many appt scheduled, rescheduled, etc? It is beneficial for usage / management performance review... Thank you in advance! PS. all business users have access to Bookings Page through Microsoft 365.601Views0likes0Comments
