I have user that has a booking page and some external users get the error code page that is attached. The issue only happens with some external users so it makes it harder for me to troubleshoot. The user has the right license and our organization policies allow external users to book. There was another https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/external-user-booking/cdb69a6e-9252-45ad-8530-e23566e37400 with the same issue but it was never resolved. Hello Microsoft Community, I recently stumbled upon what I think is a fundamental feature that seems to be missing from the Microsoft Booking App, and I would like to make a feature request. The scenario is pretty simple: When a booking is made, I would like the customer's name or email address to be visible in the attendees list. As of now, what is displayed are only the staff email and the booking email of the service. This, in my opinion, is a very basic and essential feature that could significantly enhance the user experience. Is there any workaround for this or plans to incorporate this feature in the near future? Any insights or suggestions from the community would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I created my booking page and set up the meeting types but when I send a link to book a meeting with me, people receive an error and are unable to proceed. Hey, hoping for some guidance we use the booking tool for the sales team that service a variety of locations in each state in Australia. It’s great to lock in meetings via teams - and integrate to the diary however we want to be able to have the client complete the booking and enter the location themselves for face to face meetings. Obviously we would setup different booking pages that reflect the days and times we are available to meet in their regions they are located. what bookings cannot seem to do is let the client select select their office address when making the meeting - this is frustrating I can see that I can enter a custom question for them to do this - but that doesn’t show up in the meeting when it comes into outlook it’s in the notes is there a fix for this ?896Views0likes1CommentConfirmation Email
I modified the confirmation email for our service but the old version I deleted is still being sent out. When I go into the editing tool for the service, I see the new text. My Bookings with Me form is now no longer sending me notifications when someone has booked with me. The bookings are fine and showing on my Calendar but I'm not being emailed to notify that someone has booked an appointment with me. With the use of shared bookings pages it generates an unwanted mailbox, it populates entries in the global address list, and created an unwanted external user. I want to disable people in my organisation from using the shared bookings page option in Microsoft Bookings. How can I achieve this? We made changes to one of the booking Services. Once we made the changes, it took about 5 minutes for the updates to be reflected on the user interface. Here are the steps: Click "Services," select the service, and "Edit Service." Go to "Availability Options" and scroll to pass the "Availability" and "General availability" headings. Use the "Set different availability for a date range" to customize availability (see screenshot below) Select a date range and select "not bookable" under the dropdown menu. Click "Save Changes." Navigate to the booking link shared on the website and refresh the booking page. The update will appear in about 5 minutes. Please look into this and see if we can get a near real-time update. It puts extra time for staff to maintain the calendar correctly and a chance for booking conflict during these lagging updates.775Views0likes1CommentHow to set specific dates for appointment bookings?
Hi! First of all need to get it off my chest - booking tool is extremely user UNFRIENDLY! It is such a great help when its working, but the process of setting it up is a pure nightmare. Pfu... Anyhow, I have made 2 bookings in the past, using my "step list". However, this time its not working and I am in despair... I do not understand why it opens the whole calendar for booking, when I specifically chose dates that I want people to book appointment with me??? Both on "booking page" and under "edit services" I have chosen specific "availability during these dates". Hi! I wanted to offer some slots for my colleagues always on wednesday from 10:30-11:30. The problem is that my calendar is actually blocked there but this is only a blocker, in fact I am available there... how can I nevertheless offer these slots? The system does not show the slots because it thinks that I am "unavailable"..
