Changing staff availability after booking page has been published
We have a booking page that has been running for a while. Our departments use it to book a quality audit by the quality team. Due to changes in their availability we now want to change the days where the staff is available in a certain services. For instance: Person A was bookable on monday, wednesday and thursday and will now only be available on mondays. We tried changing the availability through the staff tab. We deleted the days that person A was no longer available and saved the page. However when checking again those changes did not last and the previous availability is still there. Are there other ways in which we need to change that availability or is this the way to go and is there an error that occurs on our end? The motivation for the changes also lies with a default setting from bookings in which Bookings always selects the first available user from the pool when checking alfabetically. Which causes Bookings to mostly end up with one user. We hope to counteract that behavior with the availability changes. Any other workarounds on how to do that are more than welcome!
Create a Booking Page not working
I created a personal booking page a couple months back, and had issues with it being created. Now I am trying to do it again but for a group of people, to no avail. I have tried creating a new bookings page with only me as the member ( I already have a personal bookings page) and still nothing works. I am hoping someone can give me a hand, this is very frustrating, considering last time the problem was also seemingly fixed without me doing anything, but it took a couple weeks. I have tried via Teams and Several web Browsers, and always get the same message: Cheers!
How to set multiple custom availability date ranges per staff member in Microsoft Bookings?
Hello, I’m trying to configure multiple different availability date ranges for individual staff members in Microsoft Bookings. Here’s the scenario: - **For the next 2 weeks:** Staff Member X should be available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. - **For the following 2 weeks:** Staff Member X should be available Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. - **Then for the next month:** They might only be available Monday and Thursday, etc. I found the “Custom availability by date range” option under **Booking page → Configure booking page → General availability**, but that appears to set a global schedule for the entire Bookings calendar, not for a specific staff member. When I go to **Staff → Edit Staff Member** in Bookings, I only see two options: - Use business hours - Use custom hours (which then applies indefinitely, not by date range) I’d like each staff member to have independent date ranges for their custom hours. For example, Staff Member X’s availability is totally different from Staff Member Y’s, and each can change after certain dates. **My questions are:** Is there a native way in Microsoft Bookings to define multiple date ranges with different weekly patterns for each staff member? 2. If multiple date ranges per staff member are possible, how do I enable it? Any guidance or workarounds would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Disable the Reschedule option
I have looked everywhere and no one from Microsoft answers how to disable the reschedule option. I don't want my employees to be able to reschedule the event they sign up for. All the workarounds i have seen don't exist. Can someone assist? this app seems under developed and under supported.
Syncing calendars across multiple shared booking pages
I have multiple shared booking pages where each appointment is with the same team. The set up I am trying to achieve is, if a customer books a time slot on one shared booking page this time slot is then removed across all other shared booking pages. However, currently if a timeslot is booked on one shared booking page then the same timeslot shows as available and able to book on my other shared booking pages.Error: We could not fulfill your request
Hello, I created my booking page and set up the meeting types but when I send a link to book a meeting with me, people receive an error and are unable to proceed. Here is the screenshot - It's in Polish, but it means "we couldn't fulfil your request'. Anyone can help with this?
External users getting UserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedError when trying access a booking page
I have user that has a booking page and some external users get the error code page that is attached. The issue only happens with some external users so it makes it harder for me to troubleshoot. The user has the right license and our organization policies allow external users to book. There was another https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/external-user-booking/cdb69a6e-9252-45ad-8530-e23566e37400 with the same issue but it was never resolved. I'll be happy with any help troubleshooting this and can provide more information.
