You'll want to look for some error code in \windowsupdate.log file.
Since you have the SSU and SHA might just go for this one.

other option is to try a repair install.
but the much safer / cleaner option is to stand up a new one, patch fully, migrate roles or applications over.
- Already uninstalling most recent successful update and try installing KB4534310 but still not successful. Please advise
You can also try uninstalling the most recent successful update, reboot, then try installing again.

- Only this KB4534310 having problem to install on Windows. Already try download and install same KB via Microsoft Catalog and still got the issue. Please advise. Thanks

Download and install KB4536952 via Microsoft Update Catalog - Successful
Download and install KB4534310 via Microsoft Update Catalog - Not Successful and failed. Also available in Windows Update and try download and install but still failed to update.
Kindly please advise.
