Windows server 2012 R2 failed to load os post patching.We tried to repair the OS butgot blue screen

Server 2012 R2 running on PROLIANT BL460C GEN9. Post patching server didnt come as expected. Also we can't enter to repair mode its just giving blue screen when we click on repair your computer.

Please help me here this is the 2 nd server in our environment. we rebuild previous one.
