User experience comparison Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2012 R2

Hi, 

Our company is upgrading its Citrix environment and is in the midst of deciding either to keep the Windows 2012 R2 or upgrade to Windows Server 2016? I have no experience with the 2016 and the project sponsor wants to specifically know by upgrading the OS what kind of changes the system end-users will have to adjust to if any? I appreciate any feedback.
