With each releases of Windows Server, they would be new IIS.

However, we observed there is IIS 6.0 components remains in the Windows Server which works along with new IIS.

It is for backward compatibility and email protocol.

I believe it is time to make a change and integrate email service in the latest version of IIS and deprecate IIS 6.0.
