Not enough info to get details but you can check here and at HP site about operating system support.

Also install the manufacturer chipset as first step. The chipset allows the operating system to find and use devices integrated into the mother board.

 

To simplify OS installation boot the HP SmartStart for operating system deployment.

    Dave Patrick Hello,

    Thank you for your help ! I tried to get support from HP but they refused : my warranty expired in 2013, so they wouldn't let me download the BIOS & NIC drivers...

    Your link works fine and I could download it, I will try to mount it on a USB stick and install it today.

      Not sure what you're talking about here. The HP site driver downloads are open to the public. Again there are many generations of ML350 so I can't tell you where without more details.
