RemoteAPP, features not working

Hi,

   I just deployed a new RemoteDesktop server 2019 with sessions across 2 servers.  I have installed our erp app on the 2 servers and deployed a remoteapp in a collection using the 2 host servers.

All of the users can access the gateway page, login and launch the remoteapp.

Some of the users are experiencing lagging when forms are updating, but the big issues is spuratically, copy and paste will not work.

it worked for a user yesterday but not today.

in the properties on the collection, I have Clipboard enabled.  some people suggest changing the local policy on the server to force it.  I have tried this too.

if the user uses Remote Desktop instead of RemoteApp, there is no issue.

any suggestions?
