We have three physical server (Windows Server 2019) with 2 users accounts (Admin and Engineer) for each that we can access through RDP (outside the internet via Citrix access).
but for the few days, we are unable to connect one of the servers through RDP and getting the below error for Engineer user account and other Admin account still can login.
When we reboot will resolve the issue to login Engineer account. But any time I restart the server, can only login one user accounts either Admin or Engineer account and other account displays same error message.
Sometimes full black page appears and display below error

Other two identical severs don’t have any problem to connect those two accounts concurrently.
also, we try to disable the antivirus of the server and try again, still the same problem arise.
I would like to know what the root cause of this issue and what other steps to resolve the issue without rebooting
